Ms. Williams lives in Marysville and, while she’s not been able to attend, has been following the work of the Columbus Social Media Cafe.

  1. Angelo Mandato Says:

Social Media tools such as Twitter dramatically separates businesses from those who just provide a service and those who invest time to communicate and learn from their customers. People are discovering they are part of the business they’re supporting rather than just another customer. It creates a real connection.
